After your appointment is scheduled, you should receive an email that asks you to confirm your email address. After you do that, it will invite you to sign up for our Patient Portal and complete the New Patient Paperwork in advance. In the portal, you can fill in your medical history and pharmacy. Once you complete that, at the top there should be a button that says "Appointments". If you click that button, then you can read and sign our new patient consent forms in advance.
If you don't do the paperwork in advance online, then we just ask that you show up to your appointment at least 20 minutes early to fill out the paperwork on one of our iPads.
